這幾個禮拜在用audible,在帳號免費30天內期間用的很開心,但很快時間過去,終究是到了要付費的時候了,想說還有好幾本書沒聽完,再付費買credits的話也是聽不完,在下個付費時間期限前幾天趕快暫停會員帳號90天。只是今天用explorer登入自己帳號時,突然發現有一筆消費紀錄,再用google chrome登入帳號卻又發現確實已暫停帳號了,那怎麼還被信用卡扣款?白白又花了一筆錢嗎,趕快找客服申訴一下。以下為申訴紀錄,個人資料部分以****碼掉,對話紀錄有點長,懶得看可以直接跳到最後。

想說問題應該解決了,再登入自己帳號看看,一看不得了,用explorer登入,完全看不到自己原來買的電子書,而用google chrome卻可以看到,而且兩邊在1個月之前的同一天都有消費紀錄,只是1個是以歐元計價,1個是以美元計價,合理懷疑同樣一個會員帳號卻付費了兩次,重複扣款!這怎麼行,趕快再叩應客服!

Me: When I use the account by explorer to sign in the www.audible.co.uk , I found there is no audio book in my library. It is weird that I can find the audio book in the library when I use the google chrome to sign in with the same account and email.

經由客服解釋,才知道原來是瀏覽器導向不同的市場,一個是美國的audible網站,一個是歐洲的audible網站,才會造成同個帳號和同個信箱登入卻被重複扣款的情形,還好客服退款算蠻乾脆的,一了解我遇到的問題都是直接以會幫我退款開場。


下面是服務滿意度問卷裡給官方的建議

這樣被重複扣款的問題應該解決了吧,等改天帳單下來看有沒有退款。
原來即使是同帳號、同郵件信箱登入audible,但不同瀏覽器、不同網址登入會導向不同的地區,而造成雖然是同個帳號和同個信箱登入,卻在同一天被重複扣款的情形,這還蠻奇怪的,明明就是同一個帳號,又不像日本亞馬遜和美國亞馬遜的帳密是要分開申請,不能通用,還好audible的客服退款算蠻乾脆的,也很客氣,也提醒Audible使用者在用瀏覽器登入時,注意audible首頁的網址是設定在哪個地區,如以上這個例子,在登入時要注意是從www.audible.co.uk還是www.audible.com登入,以免發生類似情形!!

有點晚更新,不過就是向客服反映後的下個月帳單就有看到全部退款了,
之前買的有聲書也還是可以留著聽,只是真的是聽不完啊!
